A typical Breathe, Relax, Recharge class takes 60 minutes. Move through some easy postures with an objective of stretching and cultivate breathing awareness. We will then work on enjoying and strengthening good posture and breathing habits. The objective is to learn to cultivate a good posture and diaphragmatic breath, which is also comfortable, smooth, silent, rhythmic, continuous, deep and slow. We will also explore different processes of relaxation.
